COLOURS, TEXTURES AND PERFORMANCE OPTIONS
Powder coatings are available in a wide range of colours, gloss levels, textures and performance grades. As an approved applicator for TIGER Drylac, IGP, Protech and IFS Coatings, Huyck also supports architectural projects requiring AAMA 2603, 2604 and 2605 coating systems.

Huyck coats parts up to 26 feet long, including large aluminum profiles and components. Based in Surrey, we have served industrial customers across British Columbia and Western Canada since 2008.
CONSISTENT RESULTS BEGIN WITH PRETREATMENT
A durable powder-coated finish starts with proper surface preparation. Huyck uses a five-stage immersion pretreatment system to prepare aluminum components, including recesses, channels and complex areas, for improved adhesion and corrosion resistance.

POWDER COATING FOR ALUMINUM, STEEL AND METAL COMPONENTS
Powder coating creates a durable finish by applying electrostatically charged powder to a properly prepared metal surface. The coated component is then cured under controlled heat, allowing the powder to flow and form a uniform protective film. Unlike conventional liquid paint, powder coating contains no liquid solvent and can provide excellent coverage, appearance and resistance to everyday wear.
